Requirements
Must:
As a candidate, you should have extensive experience in Java backend development and API architecture. A proven track record in leading engineering teams or high-performing technical squads is essential. You should be comfortable managing client-facing technical discussions and influencing stakeholders. Additionally, experience with cloud technologies, scalable architectures, and modern CI/CD practices is required. A passion for mentoring engineers and shaping engineering culture is highly valued.
Responsibilities
In my role as a Lead Software Engineer, you will take ownership of the design, architecture, and delivery of scalable, high-performance Java-based systems. You will lead the technical direction across multiple projects, ensuring best-in-class coding standards, testing, and performance. You will collaborate directly with clients, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. Furthermore, you will drive innovation and continuous improvement in development processes, cloud adoption, and CI/CD pipelines.
