Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in various business functions and technical projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and technical teams
- Experience in creating business cases, benefits analysis, and documentation
- Proficiency in AS-IS and TO-BE evaluation techniques
- Familiarity with process flows, user stories, and use cases
- Ability to lead workshops and manage feedback
- Experience with prototyping and proof of concepts
- Knowledge of data and management information requirements
- Prior experience in mentoring or leading junior team members
