Cloud Infrastructure Manager - Epsom

- Deploy, configure, and administer Azure services - Take ownership of Azure tenancy, security controls, DLP, and MFA - Produce Low Level Design (LLD) documentation for new and evolving solutions - Migrate legacy on-premise systems to Azure - Administer SQL infrastructure across on-prem and cloud environments - Plan capacity, disaster recovery, and conduct Azure Site Recovery testing - Manage storage lifecycle (Blob, Files, SharePoint, OneDrive) - Own backup strategy including monitoring, escalation, reporting, and optimization - Monitor infrastructure and integrate with security and operational platforms - Maintain CMDB accuracy and infrastructure diagrams - Support the Service Desk with complex incidents and escalations - Collaborate with Solution Architects and Change Management for secure, well-governed changes - Manage transitional physical and virtual server and networking platforms - Produce operational and cost management information for senior stakeholders - Lead, mentor, and develop the infrastructure team, including performance management and objective setting - Establish and maintain technical standards, policies, and procedures
