Requirements
Must:
- Professional certifications such as Cisco CCDA, MS-500, MS AI102.
- Previous experience in Professional Services or a Consultancy role.
- Familiarity with hardware vendors, including Dell, HPE, NetApp, etc.
- Experience with relevant software vendors/technologies such as VMware, VCP, Nutanix, RedHat, etc.
- Eligibility for Security Clearance.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver implementation services across a diverse range of clients and technologies.
- Act as a mentor and technical escalation point in areas of subject matter expertise, providing expert-level knowledge regarding issue resolution, standards, design, best practices, quality delivery, and reference target architectures.
- Collaborate with Sales, Projects Practice, Pre-Sales, customers, and other stakeholders as needed.
- Create technical documentation as required, including Low-Level Designs and Statements of Work (SoW).
- Lead and facilitate project design workshops.
- Present technical documentation to customers.
- Ensure that all assigned projects are executed and completed within agreed time, quality, scope, and cost parameters.
