Must:
- Proven experience in Routing and Switching, Cisco WiFi, Cisco DNA, Cisco ISE, Infoblox, Juniper, or Palo Alto firewalls.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure components.
- Ability to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in switching and routing.
- Experience in managing network security and performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the installation, layout, and maintenance of network infrastructure components.
- Act as a third-line escalation point for incidents, problems, and changes related to the network infrastructure.
- Support project delivery and escalated business-as-usual (BAU) activities, ensuring systems are stable, performant, and secure.
- Collaborate with the Head of Network Services to align with best practices.
