Requirements
Must:
- A mechanical or technical background, ideally with experience in a fulfilment centre or similar environment.
- A hands-on tinkerer mindset, comfortable with tools, problem-solving, and learning how things work.
- A strong interest in technology, IT systems, and automation processes.
- Experience with MS365 and Ubiquiti environments is a plus.
- Highly IT literate, proactive, and able to work independently.
- An obsession with improving systems and processes to maximize efficiency.
Responsibilities
- I will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair advanced automation equipment, including conveyors, SLAM machines, pick-to-light systems, and right-size packaging machines.
- I will perform proactive maintenance to maximize uptime and prevent breakdowns.
- I will carry out reactive repairs to quickly get production lines back up and running.
- I will provide first-line IT support to over 200 users, troubleshooting hardware, software, mobile devices, and printers.
- I will assist the IT Manager with infrastructure projects, upgrades, and improvements.

We are offering a permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week with flexible hours) at a competitive salary of £33,000, dependent on experience. The start date is ASAP.
