- Proven experience in technology and finance value streams.
- Strong familiarity with agile delivery processes.
- Data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Program management experience with large scale multi-million-pound budgets, particularly within the financial services sector.
- Expertise in implementing governance frameworks and financial management practices, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for budgets up to £80 million.
- Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate technology-related risks with a proactive and continuous-improvement approach.
- Experience managing workforce planning to align skills and resources with strategic technology priorities across multiple locations.
- Capability to monitor and enhance agile maturity within a technology function.

Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted partner to the CIO, overseeing performance, governance, executive reporting, and operational management of the Technology Function.
- Collaborate with Value Stream Product Owners and Centres of Excellence Leads to support requirements across Finance, Risk, People, Legal, Product, and Operations.
- Lead governance processes for technology projects, ensuring transparency and alignment with business priorities.
- Drive agile maturity and embed best practices across the Technology Function.
- Own the portfolio view of outcomes, benefits, costs, and productivity to support strategic prioritization and decision-making.
- Build and maintain governance frameworks and reporting processes that help senior Technology Leaders in evidencing decisions and fulfilling responsibilities.
- Oversee vendor management to ensure partnerships deliver expected value and align with organizational goals.
- Provide PMO capability and oversight to support transformation initiatives and the wider change portfolio.
