Requirements
Must:
We require you to have or have previously held SC Clearance. You should possess proven expertise in Azure IaaS and PaaS environments, along with proficiency in PowerShell scripting. Experience in Windows administration (and optionally Linux) is essential. You should also be familiar with Azure DevOps and cloud-native Infrastructure as Code tools, and have the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. A certification as an Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) is mandatory, and additional Microsoft certifications are encouraged. Experience working with public sector clients would be advantageous.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for building and deploying solutions on Microsoft Azure (IaaS and PaaS). You will monitor Azure environments and resolve any technical issues, troubleshoot Windows and network-related problems, and respond to and resolve incident tickets. Supporting root cause analysis and contributing to service improvement initiatives will be key aspects of your role. Additionally, you will automate tasks using PowerShell and cloud-native tools, participate in client meetings, and collaborate with customers to address technical issues. Providing on-call and out-of-hours support for server patching and maintenance will also be part of your responsibilities.
