Requirements
Must:
We require a minimum of 5 years experience in IT support or a service function, specifically with experience in a 3rd Line Support role. You should have capabilities in ERP management (ideally COINS or Netsuite) and possess technical expertise in Server Maintenance (Windows 2012 to 2016), Backups (using Veeam), and Network Infrastructure. A strong knowledge of Microsoft environments (including Office, SharePoint, Active Directory, and Exchange) is essential. Additionally, we expect you to be a confident, customer-focused problem solver with excellent communication skills. A full UK driving license and flexibility to travel to sites are also necessary, as well as eligibility to work in the UK.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will provide hands-on support across hardware, software, phones, mobiles, and specialist systems. You will manage helpdesk inquiries, escalating issues when necessary and ensuring they are resolved. Your responsibilities will include supporting servers (Windows 2012/2016), Exchange 365, backups (Veeam), and network infrastructure. You will also need to set up new sites, accounts, and mobile devices, while maintaining IT documentation to ensure smooth daily operations.
