Requirements
Must:
- At least three years experience in a software consultant, technical analyst, or similar role
- Demonstrated expertise implementing SharePoint-based solutions in a client-facing capacity
- Advanced administration skills with Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, Azure, and the M365 admin centre
- Working knowledge of automation coding (PowerShell, Power Automate, or similar)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate between customer business requirements and technical solutions
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Professional services or legal sector software delivery experience (highly desirable)
- Understanding of how data integrations support business outcomes
Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and deploy Intapp Collaboration within customers M365 environments
- Conduct requirements-gathering and analysis meetings with customers
- Document business needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Configure software, test functionality, and demonstrate solutions to customers
- Coordinate with customers IT teams and project managers for user acceptance testing, training, and project handover
- Develop and deliver technical training materials and sessions to customers
