Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 2 years attendance in a Computer Science related degree
- Coding experience using an OO language (e.g., Java, C#, C++)
- Knowledge of a SQL based database technology
- Familiarity with Agile development
- Eligibility to work in the UK
Responsibilities
- Estimate, design, and develop features from requirements provided within the dev ops system
- Contribute to test planning, design, and estimation
- Test and resolve bugs reported in the products
- Track and manage work items and defects through to closure of the testing lifecycle
- Participate in development team meetings
- Ensure quality products by creating automated unit tests and getting involved in other testing solutions as required
- Perform any other reasonable duties as required by management
- Comply with all HR & IT Policies, ensuring client and data confidentiality
Description
We are seeking a Placement Software Engineer to join our team in Belfast City Centre. Our experienced engineers develop, maintain, and test collaboration software products using C#, React, JavaScript, and .NET. We work in a collaborative Agile environment, valuing excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. You will be challenged daily, enhancing your technical abilities and gaining experience across the entire product development life cycle. The successful candidates will work in the office at least three days a week.
