Requirements
Must:
- Ten years experience working in a technical capacity
- Five years experience in a software consultant or technical analyst role
- Super-user or administrator level experience with MS SharePoint
- Experience implementing Microsoft 365 Teams and Outlook
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience administering SharePoint in a client-facing capacity
- Working knowledge of Azure and M365 admin center
- Some automation coding experience in Microsoft technologies such as PowerShell or Power Automate
- Advanced administration skills using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience deploying client-side software is desired
- Experience in Power BI and Power Automate is desired

Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Intapps Collaboration platform software in customers M365 environment
- Conduct meetings to gather, refine, and document business requirements
- Configure software and confirm expected functionality
- Demonstrate configured software to solicit customer feedback and refinement
- Coordinate M365 tasks with customers IT team (e.g., AD group creation, data integration activities)
- Facilitate UAT and training activities with the customers project team
- Communicate and manage issues alongside the Intapp project manager to ensure timely project delivery within budget
