Requirements
Must:
- Experience in design and development of client-ready software using agile methodologies
- Demonstrable experience in C#, .NET Framework or .NET Core
- Demonstrable experience of development using web technologies including a JavaScript framework, ideally React
- Working knowledge of unit testing methodologies and frameworks
- Ability to work to tight timescales and deadlines
- Experience of building Microsoft Azure cloud solutions is desirable
- Experience of containerization and Kubernetes in MSFT Azure is highly desirable
- Experience of building SharePoint-based applications is desirable
- A team player with a desire to continuously drive improvements and learn
- A degree in an IT/Computer Sciences discipline or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities
- Innovate and architect new features and product enhancements
- Own the full lifecycle of product feature delivery, from requirements through development to delivery
- Bring a quality-first approach to product development
- Design and implement high-quality, highly available, performant software functions working closely with SDET and QA teams
- Adhere to and promote code quality standards within the development team
- Effectively co-ordinate and prioritize multiple competing product requirements within a development cycle
- Contribute to architecture, design, and code reviews
- Support and assist with technology evolution, contributing to best practice guides
- Mentor less experienced engineers
