Requirements
Must:
I am looking for someone with around 2-3 years of experience as a Software Developer, possessing strong hands-on skills in Node.js (a degree in Computing or a similar field is a bonus, but not essential). You should have experience with JavaScript, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, MySQL, HTML5, CSS, and XML. An understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile delivery is important. You should be comfortable working with cross-functional teams including development, QA, Infrastructure, and project management. Familiarity with Git or similar version control systems and with Azure and DevOps tools is also required. Most importantly, I am seeking someone who is passionate about technology, clean code, and who brings new ideas to the table.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will contribute to new software projects and maintain and improve current systems. You will work collaboratively on technical specifications for new and replacement systems. You will participate in code reviews and share your knowledge with the wider team. It will be your responsibility to help ensure that projects meet quality and compliance standards. You will support continuous improvement by incorporating user feedback and making performance enhancements. Additionally, I need you to be proactive and flexible in supporting wider tech initiatives when needed.

We are offering a salary range of £35,000 to £42,000 depending on experience.
