- Collaborate with other developers and the solutions delivery team to prioritize company-wide data software projects.
- Lead end-to-end development of AI models and systems within the organization.
- Provide expert technical knowledge and solutions to internal and external stakeholders, working closely with senior managers.
- Mentor and coach team members to support their professional development, ensuring alignment with team SLAs.

Description
We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer with an interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) to join us in making this emerging technology both reliable and ethical. While our team is based in Cardiff and operates within a remote/hybrid model, we are open to candidates across the UK who can work predominantly remotely but are able to attend monthly meetings in Cardiff City Centre. In return, we offer: - A competitive salary ranging from £51,200 to £59,860 based on experience. - A local government pension scheme with approximately 30% employer contribution. - 25 days of annual leave plus an additional 16 paid days off, including bank holidays and festive closures. - Flexible working hours between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm. - Free onsite parking when attending the office. - Opportunities to contribute to local and national educational services. - A rewarding work environment and career stability in a growing sector.
