Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience across the Microsoft Power Platform, particularly model-driven apps and Dataverse
- A solid understanding of environments, solution layering, and licensing
- The ability to design scalable, supportable solutions, not just build apps
- Experience delivering projects in a structured way (PRINCE2 / MSP or similar helps, but practical delivery experience matters more)
- Comfortable running workshops and challenging requirements
- Leading client engagements rather than just contributing to them
- Owning backlogs and shaping delivery plans
- Balancing hands-on delivery with stakeholder management
- Desirable: Dynamics 365 experience
- Desirable: Azure / Logic Apps exposure
- Desirable: Power Platform Copilot interest or experience
- Desirable: Microsoft certifications
Responsibilities
- Leading the onboarding of new customers (typically 12–20 weeks) including environment setup, licensing, deployments, and early solution design
- Running discovery workshops and turning real business pain points into deliverable backlogs
- Owning and maintaining the solution roadmap for each account over a 12-36 month journey
- Architecting and configuring solutions across Power Apps (model-driven and canvas), Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Managing work packages end to end, from prioritization through to go-live and handover
- Acting as the main technical and delivery contact for your customers
- Supporting demos, PoCs, and customer conversations at both working and senior stakeholder levels
- Leading rollouts, user adoption, and optimization planning

We are a consulting practice focused on delivering end-to-end solutions for our clients using the Microsoft Power Platform. This is a home-based position with occasional client travel (around once per month) and trips to Cardiff. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of customer engagements, ensuring their success from initial workshops through long-term optimizations. We value innovative problem-solving and seek a consultant who is passionate about building lasting relationships with clients while guiding them through their digital transformation journey.
