Responsibilities
- Lead the design, build, and deployment of automation workflows and model-driven apps using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
- Provide troubleshooting and problem-solving support to the business team
- Integrate AI capabilities (Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI services) into business processes
- Ensure seamless integration with Microsoft, Adobe, and third-party platforms
- Gather business requirements to translate into technical solutions
- Work closely with IT & Finance teams within the business
