We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
- Technical expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining complex public cloud services, with a strong understanding of Microsoft cloud and DevOps technologies. Experience with Azure PaaS, Azure IaaS, and Azure DevOps is essential.
- Proficiency with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Expertise in implementing and managing monitoring and logging solutions using technologies such as Log Analytics, Azure Monitor, Defender for Cloud, or similar tools.
- Strong experience in implementing and leading Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Drive project success and foster a culture of excellence by leading sprint ceremonies, including planning meetings, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring adherence to Agile principles while facilitating discussions to identify obstacles and promote continuous improvement.
- Design, build, and maintain public cloud infrastructure utilizing a mix of IaaS and PaaS resources, deployed through Infrastructure as Code (built in Terraform), to develop a secure and scalable cloud platform.
- Design, build, and maintain build and release pipelines using Azure DevOps aligned with our CI/CD principles to guarantee that deployment strategies for resources are repeatable, scalable, and highly available.
- Enhance the DevOps culture across engineering teams through continuous improvement and iteration of Software Development lifecycles to increase automation and minimize manual effort.
- Leverage your deep technical knowledge to support delivery teams in overcoming complex challenges.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our fast-growing IT team in a newly created position. We are seeking two DevOps Engineers, ranging from Mid to Senior levels, so we encourage you to apply, regardless of your current level of experience in DevOps.
