Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a candidate who ideally has a degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field. You should have some experience in project coordination or administrative support. Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential, along with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. A keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset will be crucial for success in this role. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and project tools (e.g., SharePoint, Azure Boards) is also required. Fluency in English, Spanish, or other European languages is a bonus.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will rely on you to assist with project planning, tracking, and reporting. You will support financial processes, including budgeting and time registration, while managing project documentation and maintaining governance standards. Coordinating meetings, taking minutes, and tracking actions will be part of your duties, as well as facilitating communication between internal teams and stakeholders. Additionally, I expect you to help audit deliverables and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with portfolio and transformation teams.
