Requirements
Must:
We seek a Business Analyst with 3–8 years of experience in Business Analysis. You should have strong proficiency with Microsoft tools, particularly Power Automate, PowerApps, and SharePoint. Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, are necessary. A solid background in requirements gathering and process mapping is essential. Familiarity with Azure DevOps, JIRA, or Confluence is beneficial. You should be comfortable handling data and ideally have experience building dashboards. While experience in the financial industry is helpful, it is not essential. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and user story creation is also preferred.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will review current processes and identify opportunities for automation using Power Automate. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements and support teams through change, which includes providing training and user guides. Additionally, you will collaborate with IT and development teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
Description
This position is full-time, requiring 8 hours of work per day, and based in Cardiff with an onsite requirement once a week. The contract duration is for 12 months, with an option to extend. The rate is £400 - £500 per day, paid through an umbrella company and classified as Inside IR35. You must reside within an hour and a half of Cardiff for this opportunity.
