3rd Line Support Engineer

- Manage Entra ID, SSO, Azure, VMs, domain controllers, file servers, and RDS. - Handle patch management across operating systems, applications, and antivirus (Defender). - Ensure compliance with Cyber Essentials and report on system health. - Utilize Intune, Autopilot, Apple Business Manager, and Manage Engine for endpoint management and MDM. - Maintain device security and compliance through patching and policies. - Report on endpoint coverage and conduct daily compliance checks. - Implement automation using PowerShell and find smarter, more efficient ways to run systems to reduce manual work. - Manage SaaS backup solutions and conduct disaster recovery tests (Azure failover, M365 restore, network failover). - Work with clients on recovery planning (RTO/RPO) and serve as an escalation point during incidents. - Proactively identify improvements in IaaS, SaaS, and network services. - Attend monthly client reviews to add value, answer questions, and advise on upgrades. - Handle support tickets from start to finish, including triage, investigation, resolution, and documentation. - Collaborate with internal teams and third parties as needed. - Develop knowledge base articles to enhance support speed and consistency.
