Senior BI Developer

At InsyteGroup, we are excited to welcome an experienced and technically skilled Senior BI Developer to our UK team as we continue to grow. Our company, founded in 2016, partners with clients across the UK, Europe, the USA, Australia, and New Zealand. We specialize in end-to-end data management and BI solutions, focusing primarily on large SMEs. Our goal is to provide technology solutions that are accessible to organizations of all shapes and sizes, all while delivering first-class customer service from the very first conversation. In this role, you will combine your Power BI expertise with strong data engineering, visual design, and UI/UX skills. You'll work across the full BI and reporting lifecycle, delivering clear and actionable insights to business stakeholders. You will take ownership of building scalable, well-structured data models and intuitive, visually engaging dashboards that balance accuracy, usability, and impact. You will support new client implementations and enhancements of existing solutions, working with data extracted from cloud SaaS APIs stored in SQL databases, Microsoft Fabric, or Databricks. Additionally, collaborating closely with colleagues, including remote team members, you will ensure seamless teamwork, knowledge sharing, and the delivery of high-quality, client-ready solutions.
