- A-Level Software Systems Development, Computing, or Computer Science preferred
- Interest in technology demonstrated through personal projects, hackathons, gaming mods, or online courses
- Motivated and proactive attitude
- Eager to learn
- Strong communication skills
- Collaborative team player
Responsibilities
- Participate in hands-on industry experience within Instils engineering teams
- Rotate across different areas such as Software Engineering, Cyber Security, and Data & AI
- Engage in on-the-job coaching and development plans
- Contribute to solutions used by customers across the UK and Ireland
