Must:

- Demonstrable AI experience: I have purposefully used AI systems like GPT, Claude, or similar, and understand APIs well. I possess tangible examples of projects I've shipped.
- Python proficiency: I write clean and functional Python code, understanding data structures, APIs, and how to build effective integrations in production.
- Relentless motivation: I thrive in challenging environments where I constantly encounter difficult asks and unforeseen problems.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy AI systems for marketing agencies and businesses.
- Build custom integrations between AI platforms and existing marketing tools.
- Create Python scripts and applications to automate AI-driven workflows.
- Experiment with cutting-edge AI models and techniques to solve novel problems.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and architect tailored solutions.
- Document discoveries and create frameworks that others can build upon.
- Work in our office 3 days per week, collaborating directly with the founder on breakthrough solutions.
Description
This role is not for everyone. The challenges I will face often lack straightforward solutions, and the technologies will evolve rapidly. Clients may ask for seemingly impossible tasks on tight deadlines. While the work will be hard and at times frustrating, if I am the right person, I'll find these challenges to be precisely what I seek: an opportunity to build something meaningful, to innovate, and to explore uncharted territories in artificial intelligence. To apply, I should be prepared to provide examples of AI projects I've built, showcase interesting uses of AI APIs or Python that addressed real-world problems, and express my motivation for joining the team.
