- Proven experience in supporting, maintaining, administering, and building Windows Server infrastructure.
- Equivalent experience with VMware ESXi infrastructure.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to act as an escalation point for issues between application and infrastructure teams.
- Methodical and thorough approach to troubleshooting, with adept problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
- Manage, support, design, and build core infrastructure services that power internal operations and public-facing services.
- Support, maintain, administer, and build Windows/VMware infrastructure to ensure services are integrated and delivered as required.
- Take ownership of complex infrastructure issues, engaging and coordinating across multiple infrastructure and application areas until resolution is achieved.

The position offers a salary of £44,445, along with an up to £14,756 Government Digital and Data (GDaD) Allowance, up to a £4,000 out-of-hours allowance, and excellent Civil Service benefits, including an employer pension contribution of 28.97%.
