Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a portfolio of products
- Create and maintain a portfolio level product vision and high-level roadmap
- Set strategy and manage resource allocation for product development
- Collaborate with other Lead Product Managers to ensure synergy across the product organization
- Contribute to the development of product management standards and guidance
- Provide leadership and direction within the product community
- Involve in hiring senior product managers and managing contracts
- Scope, mobilize, and ensure the delivery of technical products and services
- Line manage and mentor Product Managers
- Create and communicate complex technical roadmaps
- Lead technical planning processes to prioritize outcomes
- Maintain the integrity and coherence of the portfolios technical delivery
- Work with engineering teams to define and manage an efficient portfolio roadmap
- Manage the operational running of products in line with service SLAs
