Description
As a Lead Enterprise Architect at DVLA, I will play a pivotal part in shaping and delivering our enterprise architecture strategy. I will be instrumental in defining and maintaining our organization's architecture vision, strategy, and roadmaps across current, transitional, and future states. The salary for this role will be up to £80,400, depending on interview assessment, along with an over 28% employer pension contribution and other Civil Service benefits.
I have the opportunity to support a function that may require DV clearance, and while this is not a mandatory requirement, DVLA will apply for it on my behalf once I am in post, offering further scope for professional growth and influence. I will be part of a culture that encourages inclusion and diversity, providing a range of staff communities to support all colleagues. Additionally, I can enjoy flexible working options that promote a great work-life balance, alongside benefits such as a generous pension scheme, learning and development opportunities, and amenities like an on-site gym and nursery.
This role requires SC clearance, which necessitates having been present in the UK for 5 out of the past 5 years. Note that DVLA does not hold a UK Visa & Immigration (UKVI) Skilled Worker License and is unable to sponsor individuals for Skilled Worker Sponsorship. If I am an experienced Enterprise Architect ready for a new challenge and eager to shape the future architecture strategy for DVLA, I am encouraged to apply today.
