Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a candidate with experience in SCCM or Intune, confidence in administering and maintaining networks, and proficiency in working with various hardware such as Desktops, Laptops, Printers, and Mobile Devices. A strong background in troubleshooting hardware and software issues is essential. Candidates with experience in an ITIL environment, especially those holding an ITIL V3 or V4 certification, will be preferred. Additionally, an excellent knowledge of O365 and Microsoft operating systems, along with an understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD, and Exchange, is necessary.
Responsibilities
As an IT End User Support Specialist, I will provide high-quality IT support to colleagues and stakeholders across the business. I will act as a key point of contact for both the wider business and the IT Support function. My role will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues and escalating them to team leaders or senior colleagues as necessary.

This is an on-site role, with work hours set at 37 hours per week, including a half day on Fridays, allowing us to finish by lunchtime. We are excited to onboard a skilled and passionate End User Support specialist to help our growing international business ensure that users fully leverage the available hardware, software, applications, and devices to meet business goals while delivering an exceptional experience for end users.
