Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior role in supporting Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP systems
- Proficient in configuration, customisation, and troubleshooting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues as 1st & 2nd Line Support
- Help users navigate and utilize Business Central
- Adjust the system to meet business needs through configuration and customisation
- Conduct user training sessions
- Maintain system documentation
- Collaborate with IT, analysts, and stakeholders
- Assist with system updates and maintenance
- Generate and analyse usage reports
