Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience as a Test Lead or Senior Test Analyst within D365 (CE, BC or both)
- Proven ability to lead and manage a test team
- Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 CE and/or BC processes, integrations and customisations
- Experience defining test strategy, governance and quality frameworks
- Hands-on experience with test planning, execution and defect management
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools
- Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, structured and confident working in a fast-paced partner environment
Responsibilities
- Leading the end-to-end testing function across D365 CE and D365 BC
- Managing, mentoring and growing a team of Test Analysts and Test Engineers
- Defining test strategy, test plans, processes and quality standards
- Overseeing functional, integration, regression and UAT cycles
- Working closely with project managers, architects and functional consultants
- Ensuring defects are identified, tracked and resolved efficiently
- Supporting release management and ensuring smooth deployments
- Driving continuous improvement across testing tools, automation and processes
- Acting as the key point of contact for all testing activity across CE and BC projects

We are a growing Microsoft Partner looking for an experienced D365 Test Lead to join our remote team in the UK. In this strategic and hands-on role, you will lead and manage the testing function across both D365 CE and D365 BC, ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple projects.
