Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a talented Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant who has at least 4 years of experience in a functional consulting role. You should have a strong understanding of the Customer Service module and its related business processes. Hands-on experience with Power Platform tools, particularly Power Automate, is essential. You should possess the proven ability to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions, along with experience working in an Agile or iterative delivery environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are a must, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Bonus points if you have experience with Canvas Apps or integrations with other business systems.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will have you collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements related to customer service and engagement processes. You will be responsible for configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 CE modules, including entities, forms, views, dashboards, and business process flows. Additionally, you will design and implement workflows and Power Automate flows to streamline our operations. Defining and managing security roles and access permissions within the CRM is crucial. You will also support testing, training, and user adoption activities across the organization. Documenting functional specifications, configuration changes, and process improvements will be part of your daily tasks, and you will act as a liaison between business teams and technical developers to ensure the solutions meet business needs. Staying up to date with new features and updates in the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem is essential as well.
