Requirements
Must:
- 2–4 years experience working with D365 Business Central or NAV in a functional role
- Strong understanding of core finance and operations processes
- Ability to run workshops, gather requirements, and document functional specifications
- Experience supporting integrations and working with technical teams
- Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills
- Microsoft certifications (MB-800) are beneficial but not essential
- Experience in a partner or consultancy environment is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Deliver functional consulting across end-to-end Business Central implementations.
- Run requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional designs.
- Configure core BC modules, including Finance, Purchasing, Sales, Inventory, and Warehousing.
- Support data migration, testing cycles, UAT, and go-live activities.
- Produce functional documentation, process flows, and configuration guides.
- Work closely with technical teams to support extensions, integrations, and customisations.
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement for existing clients.
- Contribute to best practice development and internal knowledge sharing.
Description
We are a Microsoft Partner seeking a D365 Business Central Functional Consultant to join our established delivery team. This remote role allows you to support the implementation and enhancement of Dynamics 365 Business Central for various SME and mid-market customers. We offer fully remote working with occasional client workshops, exposure to multiple projects and industries, and a clear progression path toward Senior Consultant or Solution Lead. Additionally, we provide support for certifications and ongoing professional development, fostering a collaborative and specialist environment.
