Requirements
Must:
- 7+ years of experience in DevOps
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes
- Experience with OpenTelemetry
- Familiarity with Airflow 3 for workflow orchestration
- Proficient in CDK or Groovy
- Experience with Kafka
- Knowledge of AWS EventBridge
- Understanding of IAM principles
- Proficient in Python
- Experience with AWS Lambda (lightweight use)
- Knowledge of multi-tenant deployment patterns
- Familiarity with capability-based design
- Preferred: Familiarity with GitOps workflows
Responsibilities
- Advise on operational model, release mechanics, and policy enforcement
- Operationalise CI/CD pipelines, observability, and monitoring
- Implement open-source telemetry (OpenTelemetry)
- Manage message bus and event fabric
