Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst.
- Requirements gathering experience along with dealing with senior stakeholders.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (D365).
- Knowledge of B2B Processes and CRM.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear system and process improvements.
- Understanding of costing, estimating, and pricing processes.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders.
- Team player with the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to drive CRM & Process Improvement across the organisation.
- Review and enhance existing processes.
- Conduct systems analysis, delivery, and documentation.
- Gather requirements, create process maps, and develop functional specifications.
- Facilitate testing and rollout of new systems.
- Drive change and automate key processes.
