Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Lead or Senior Test Engineer
- Strong experience testing C# / .NET applications
- Solid API testing experience using Postman
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies and SDLC
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- (Desirable) Test automation experience
- (Desirable) CI/CD and DevOps exposure
- (Desirable) Microservices or distributed systems testing
- (Desirable) SQL or database testing experience
Responsibilities
- Lead and own the testing strategy for C#/.NET software
- Perform hands-on testing across backend applications and APIs
- Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases
- Conduct API testing using Postman (collections, environments, automation)
- Review requirements and ensure robust test coverage
- Identify, track, and manage defects through to resolution
- Mentor and support junior and mid-level QA engineers
- Champion QA best practices, tools, and processes
- Collaborate within an Agile/Scrum delivery environment
