Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience in enterprise architecture, design, and development.
- Experience working with AI and Workday.
- Strong background in back office services, including Finance, HR, payroll, and Legal.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing enterprise architecture models and standards.
- Ideally, experience with SAP, data, and cloud systems.
- Experience with transformation projects.
- Expert knowledge of IT systems, technologies, and methodologies such as cloud computing, service-oriented architecture, microservices, DevOps, and agile.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in enterprise architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF, is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Design scalable and secure corporate services.
- Collaborate with teams to deliver robust solutions.
- Contribute to digital transformation within the organization.
- Evaluate and recommend platforms, tools, and technologies.
- Ensure compliance with systems, privacy, and governance standards.
- Lead and mentor junior team members.
- Stay updated on data architecture trends.
Description
We are a market-leading client seeking an Enterprise Architect with strong experience across Finance, Legal, and HR Services to help design and implement innovative IT solutions on a global scale. You will play a critical role in translating business requirements into technical specifications, creating, and maintaining enterprise architecture models and standards, while ensuring alignment and integration of IT systems across our organization. This is a permanent, full-time position based in London, offering a salary range of £110,000 - £125,000 plus a package.
