Requirements
Must:
- Significant experience in SAP ABAP OO and traditional SAP ABAP development
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies
- In-depth knowledge of SQL and ABAP
- Strong experience in SAP UI5 development
- Proven experience in implementing integrations via OData services and REST APIs
- Familiarity with development of unit tests using ABAP Unit
- Strong team collaboration skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience in JavaScript/TypeScript development (desirable)
- Knowledge of SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance SAP applications using SAP ABAP OO and traditional SAP ABAP
- Implement change management processes including transports and source code control with abapGit
- Utilize ABAP OOP for user exits and enhancements
- Perform dialog programming and report writing with ALV and ABAP lists
- Implement complex integrations via OData services and REST APIs
- Contribute to SAP UI5 development including controls, data binding, ODataModel, and JSONModel
- Develop unit tests using ABAP Unit ensuring high-quality software delivery
- Participate actively in Agile practices and ceremonies
- Lead code reviews, uphold Clean Core principles, and provide guidance to colleagues
- Apply excellent problem-solving and debugging skills to resolve issues
