Requirements
Must:
- We require experience in MS Dynamics CRM/365 development.
- We require experience in Power Platform development.
- We require at least 5 years of experience as a mid-tier developer.
- We value full-stack Power Platform development experience, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Copilot, connectors, Dataverse, and Power Fx.
- We value Azure experience, including Logic Apps, Azure Function Apps, and Web Apps.
- We value experience with web services and APIs.
- We value experience with the React framework.
- We value experience with SSAS, SSRS, and advanced Power BI.
- We value strong JavaScript and HTML experience.
- We value experience working in Agile and Scrum environments.
- We value knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
- We value knowledge of unit testing theory.
- We require a solid understanding of relational database design and querying concepts.
- We require a university degree in Computer Science, ideally a 2:1, or a related discipline.
- We value experience in Property Services, Real Estate, Social Housing, or with market-specific applications.
Responsibilities
- We develop, test, support, and maintain bespoke Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics applications within an Agile framework.
- We assist with gathering and documenting user requirements.
- We develop user stories and estimates.
- We prepare reports, manuals, and other documentation covering software status, operation, and maintenance.
- We design, develop, and unit test applications in line with established standards.
- We participate in peer reviews of solution designs and related code.
- We package and support the deployment of releases.
- We develop, refine, and tune integrations between applications.
- We analyse and resolve technical and application issues.
- We adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on time and on budget.
- We provide application support to business users.
- We work autonomously and deliver based on output in a remote-friendly environment.
