Requirements
Must:
- Demonstrable commercial experience as a Business Analyst
- Stakeholder Engagement and Requirement Elicitation expertise
- Experience in Business Process Mapping and capturing user stories
- Oversight of UAT sessions, ensuring alignment between requirements and test scenarios
- Familiarity with analysis techniques such as SWOT, Pestle, MoSCoW, etc.
- Formal Business Analysis certification (e.g., BCS Foundation) or evidence of working towards BCS/ISEB Diploma
- Nice to have: Power BI/Power Platform knowledge and experience in Change Management or Continuous Improvement methodologies
- Ideally a blend of methodology experience covering Agile and Waterfall projects
- Additional certifications such as PRINCE Foundation, PMP, Agile, ITIL, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Self-starter with the ability to take responsibility for change and delivery
- Excellent interpersonal skills and goal orientation
Responsibilities
- Drive business goals, ensuring they are understood and documented
- Complete robust analysis in line with the overall delivery plan
- Engage and analyze stakeholders
- Gather requirements ensuring robust elicitation and validation
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications through engagement with stakeholders
- Improve existing business processes
- Produce artefacts for the project
- Provide solution support
- Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Conduct change impact assessments and other related responsibilities
