Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with strong experience in Workday HCM and/or Workday Financials. You should have a hands-on background in Workday solution architecture and experience delivering large-scale ERP implementations. A solid understanding of Workday integrations, configuration, and design principles is essential. You must also be able to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead the architecture and design of Workday HCM/Financials solutions. You will support the full implementation lifecycle, which includes discovery, design, build, testing, and deployment. We expect you to work closely with programme leadership to ensure solution alignment and to provide guidance on best practices, integrations, data, security, and overall Workday tenant design.
