Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a seasoned Test Lead with strong experience in the Utilities domain. The ideal candidate should have:
- A strong understanding of the UK utilities domain, including retail, distribution, billing, and smart metering.
- Experience with test management tools such as JIRA and HP ALM.
- Knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- ISTQB certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
As a Test Lead, you will:
- Lead end-to-end testing activities for utilities projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Define and implement test strategies, plans, and schedules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and client stakeholders.
- Ensure test coverage for regulatory compliance and domain-specific scenarios.
- Manage the defect lifecycle and ensure timely resolution.
- Provide regular status updates and test metrics to stakeholders.
- Support automation initiatives and promote continuous improvement.
Description
This position offers a hybrid work mode with 3 days onsite in Cardiff, UK. The rate for this role is 260.00 GBP per day and falls inside IR35.
