Requirements
Must:
- Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake and DBT (must articulate use cases delivered)
- Proficiency in Python for data engineering and orchestration
- Experience delivering complex designs across Snowflake, Data Lake, Salesforce, and ACM
- Strong expertise in data modeling, data contracts, mapping, and ingestion/export processes
- Comfortable engaging with Product Owners, BAs, Architects, and Engineering teams
- Confident in end-to-end design ownership and transitioning designs into engineering for build and deployment
Responsibilities
- Design and implement solutions using Snowflake and DBT
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, BAs, and Architects
- Develop and maintain data models and contracts
- Ensure effective data ingestion and export processes
- Take ownership of end-to-end design and facilitate transition to engineering
- Articulate and present use cases to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Description
We are offering an urgent contract opportunity for a Senior Snowflake (SVOW) Designer based in London, with a flexible schedule of 3 days a week onsite. The contract has a duration of 46 months, with a possibility for extension, and we prefer immediate joiners. In this role, you will have the chance to work on complex designs and engage with various teams, contributing to impactful projects in a dynamic environment.
