Requirements
Must:
- ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification
- Experience working with ServiceNow domains
- SC cleared or eligibility to get it
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Core and Platform modules
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and scripting for ServiceNow customisation
- Experience with Agile/SCRUM project management methodologies
- Experience with workflow design, integrations, and performance tuning
- Certifications such as ServiceNow System Administrator and ITIL Foundation are highly desirable
- At least 4 to 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow administration and development experience
- Background in troubleshooting and optimising workflows and scripts
- Demonstrated knowledge of core ITIL processes (CMDB, Incident, Problem, and Change)
- Strong process management & project management skills
- Exposure to incident/problem/change management and service catalog development
Responsibilities
- Monitor platform health and performance; apply patches and upgrades
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues, escalating to ServiceNow support when necessary
- Ensure compliance with organisational standards and security policies
- Configure ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog)
- Develop workflows, forms, and scripts to automate processes
- Manage notifications, UI pages, and dashboards
- Create and manage user roles, groups, and ACLs
- Maintain CMDB health and data integrity
- Implement ITIL best practices for service management
- Analyse current processes and propose automation opportunities
- Support agile development and iterative enhancements
- Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
- Provide training and guidance to end-users and stakeholders
- Gather requirements, design, develop, and maintain application integration with any third-party applications
- Design, develop, and maintain custom code for all ServiceNow modules
