Requirements
Must:
- Strong hands-on experience with Kotlin and practical implementation of Jetpack components.
- Proficiency in writing unit tests using Mockito to ensure robust and reliable applications.
- Solid understanding of Architectural Patterns, with a focus on Clean Architecture, commonly used in modern Android development.
- Expertise in Dependency Injection frameworks.
- Strong knowledge and working experience with Retrofit for API integration.
- Hands-on experience with Dagger for dependency management and scalable application development.
- Professional working knowledge in designing a mobile experience for variable screen sizes across different versions of Android.
- Excellent knowledge of Kotlin/Java.
- Strong knowledge of Android SDK, Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
- Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
- Outstanding knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks, benchmarking, and optimization.
- Proficiency in Google's Android design principles, interface guidelines, and code versioning tools, such as Git.
- Ability to apply SOLID Principles and work with MVVM/MVI architecture, Android Architecture Components, and other Jetpack libraries.
- Familiarity with Jetpack Compose and working in a modularized codebase.
- Experience with UI testing.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality mobile applications.
- Design and implement mobile application features while ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Write and maintain unit tests to guarantee application reliability and robustness.
- Work with architectural patterns and implement clean architecture to enhance code quality and maintainability.
- Integrate APIs using Retrofit and manage dependencies with Dagger.
- Utilize Android design principles and best practices to create intuitive user interfaces across different devices and screen sizes.
- Optimize application performance through effective threading and offline storage strategies.
- Contribute to the development of modularized codebases and engage in UI testing processes.
