Requirements
Must:
- 7 years of experience in software development
- Strong proficiency in Java (Spring Boot)
- Experience with AWS (ECR/ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, Step Functions, Apigee)
- Knowledge of AngularJS
- Familiarity with Jenkins, CloudFormation, and Groovy
- Proficient in Typescript, Karate, Gherkin, Cypress, Docker, GitLab, and Maven
- Experience with CI/CD practices
- Understanding of secure coding principles
- Certification as AWS DevOps Engineer Professional (or above) is required
- ITIL certification is desirable
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain secure, high-quality code
- Design and develop AWS-based solutions
- Work with CI/CD pipelines and modern tooling
- Support integrations and production services
- Provide L3/on-call support when required
Description
We are excited to offer a permanent opportunity for a Senior Java/AWS Developer to join our team in Leeds. This role requires a commitment of 3 days onsite per week, and we offer a competitive salary ranging from £65k to £70k, including a 10% annual bonus. You will be joining a dynamic team dedicated to innovative solutions in a collaborative environment.
