Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience with SAP HCM Payroll in a UK context
- Strong understanding of application configuration and maintenance
- Ability to gather and document client requirements effectively
- Excellent planning and time management skills to execute configuration tasks
- Capable of providing system analysis, design, development, and testing support
- Experience with developing, implementing, and testing patch releases and system upgrades
- Familiarity with configuration standards, procedures, and documentation practices
- Strong problem-solving skills for timely issue resolution
- Ability to prepare comprehensive reports and documentation as needed
- Customer service orientation with focus on quality and client satisfaction
Responsibilities
- Assist in the configuration of applications based on client requirements
- Collate configuration requirements from functions, BUs, and SLs
- Plan and execute configuration tasks within specified deadlines
- Provide system configuration support according to changing business needs
- Assist in system analysis, design, development, and testing activities
- Support the development, implementation, and testing of system upgrades
- Maintain the configuration archive and ensure its accuracy
- Ensure 100% compliance with configuration standards and procedures
- Modify existing configuration processes as per client requirements
- Analyze and resolve configuration issues promptly
- Manage MIS, reporting, and backend support activities
- Prepare daily and monthly status reports on configuration parameters
- Document issues and resolutions based on client needs
- Aim for continuous integration and deployment with error-free onboarding
