Requirements
Must:
- Knowledge in SAP Cloud Integration BTP Master Data Management, API Management, and Data Integration technologies
- Knowledge in Retail business processes, especially around promotions and deals
- Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) Solutions, including data modeling, data governance, and data quality
- Experience in Data Integration technologies including APIs, ETL, and messaging
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and technical writing skills
- Strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise domain knowledge with technology skills
- Very good knowledge in SAP S4 HANA with the latest technology and functionality
- Expertise and knowledge from a background in end-to-end master data management
- Exposure to integrate MDM solutions with various SAP and Non-SAP systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and synchronization
Responsibilities
- Support the S/4 Transformation Program focusing on post-go live issues and defects resolution in the SAP BTP-MDM area
- Provide timely resolutions on the SAP MDM incidents raised by the business team
- Build and maintain the MDM repository
- Collaborate alongside a diverse team of Business, IT, and other process experts
- Drive design decisions on new changes and respond to test defects
- Prepare and support documentation
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Support the offshore team by facilitating knowledge transition and training on the BTP MDM
