Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 9 years of experience in software development
- Proficient in AWS Cloud services with Python and frameworks such as Django
- Experience with AWS services like Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS, AppSync
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQl
- Good understanding of development best practices including pair programming and TDD
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services using Python and AWS
- Implement cloud solutions using AWS services
- Collaborate with team members on software design and implementation
- Write efficient, scalable code and conduct code reviews
- Ensure adherence to best development practices and standards
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to team discussions
Description
We are seeking an AWS Python Developer to join our team in Nottingham, UK, on a hybrid work schedule (3 days a week in the office). This is a 4-month contract position, extendable, inside IR35. We offer competitive rates of up to 500 GBP per day. We welcome applicants with British Citizenship, Indefinite Leave to Remain, or UK Settlement Visas.
