Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience in network design, solution support, or network service delivery roles
- Good understanding of enterprise network environments, including WAN, LAN, MPLS, IP-VPN, SD-WAN, routing/switching, and network security
- Proven experience working in customer-facing delivery environments
- Strong delivery management and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and escalations in complex programmes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to build customer relationships
- Ability to work with pace, ownership, and accountability to drive outcomes
- Must be very strong as a key resource to take care of the account
Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust network solutions
- Support network service delivery and address technical challenges
- Engage with clients to understand their network needs and propose appropriate solutions
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
- Manage escalations and dependencies throughout project lifecycles
- Maintain excellent communication with clients and team members
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships to foster continued business
Description
We are a leading firm seeking a Network Architect to join our team in Glasgow, UK. This is a hybrid role where you will work 2-3 days a week from our office. The position is for 6 months, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role based on performance. We offer a competitive rate of up to GBP 430 per day, outside IR35. We are looking for candidates with relevant experience and who hold British Citizenship, ILR, or UK Settlement Visa.
