Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in technologies and capabilities provided by Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
- Knowledge of out-of-the-box capabilities and limitations of Dynamics 365 F&O
- Direct Debit experience
- Demonstrated experience in the SCM & Finance modules, and willingness to explore other modules
- Full implementation lifecycle experience of ERP-based programs within Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Knowledge of supporting business processes
- Experience in facilitating workshops to gather and document user needs
- Ability to translate user needs into business processes and a product backlog
- Passion for delivering according to an agile methodology
- Experience in planning projects and releases in sprints, writing Epics, Features, and User Stories
- Understanding of the broader Microsoft stack (PowerApps, Power BI, Dataverse, Azure, Office 365)
- Relevant functional experience of approximately 5-6 years
- Overall experience of 12 years
- Experience working as an individual contributor
- Familiarity with Agile processes
- Energy industry exposure will be an advantage
Responsibilities
- Liaise with business owners and development teams to refine Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions
- Advise business stakeholders about how to transform their business using the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Oversee the implementation of the F&O project
- Design, manage, and implement multiple functional aspects of the solution
- Work with the technical team to convert business requirements into customer-focused solutions
- Conduct functional testing, end-to-end process testing, and integration testing using Postman
